By accessing the Fry Daddy Trading Co. website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Fry Daddy Trading Co. is a legally registered enterprise in Alberta, Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
2. Nature of Merchandise
Fry Daddy Trading Co. operates as a commercial liquidation and secondary-market distribution enterprise. While we rigorously test and grade our inventory, goods are sold on a verified condition-graded basis without original manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.
3. Purchases and Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update inventory availability at any time. Payment must be cleared in full before local dispatch or shipping occurs.
4. Delivery and Fulfillment
Local doorstep delivery within the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is executed according to our designated evening fulfillment schedule. For shipped orders, risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fry Daddy Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that specific item.

All returns and exchanges are governed by our 7-Day Functional Guarantee, which is detailed in our official Return & Exchange Policy.

Fry Daddy Trading Co. Return & Exchange Policy
Honesty is our policy. We aim to describe each item accurately and handle every concern fairly.
The 7-Day Functional Guarantee
You have 7 business days to inspect and test your item, commencing the day after verified local doorstep delivery or official carrier tracking delivery confirmation. Contact us at support@frydaddytrading.ca with your order number and a description of your concern within this window to request a return under our store policy.
Return Authorization & Item Verification
Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back. For a change-of-mind return, the original item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the accessories and components supplied with it and no additional wear, damage, alteration, or substituted parts. We verify returned items against the order, listing photographs, and any recorded identifiers. Approval to send an item back is not final approval for store credit; eligibility is confirmed after receipt and inspection.
Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
For an approved change-of-mind return, we issue digital store credit for the returned item's purchase price after receiving and inspecting the item. We do not offer cash refunds for buyer's remorse, cosmetic preferences, or items that work exactly as described. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original delivery or shipping charges are not credited for a change-of-mind return. A statement of dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for credit. Any courtesy discount is discretionary and is not an automatic entitlement or a substitute for returning an item.
Your Legal Rights
This store policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law. The seven-business-day window, return conditions, shipping-cost rules, and store-credit limitation apply only to our voluntary return policy to the extent permitted by law. If an item is not as described, arrives damaged, or develops a problem, contact us so we can assess the circumstances and provide any remedy required by law, including a refund where required.
